EA introduced the atmospheric trailer F1 23 and reported the release date
EA announced that EA Sports F1 23 will be released on June 16 this year.
The last game of the F1 series, which goes to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S and PC, includes the return of the Bracking Point plot mode for one player, as well as a number of improvements to gameplay and quality of life.
The last chapter of the Bracking Point plot mode will follow the career of the protagonist of Devon Batler and his teammate Aiden Jackson, who, as part of the KonnerSport Racing Team team, are fighting for the right to compete with the legends of world races.
"The return of Bracking Point will allow players to immerse themselves in a racing story, which gives a unique view of Formula 1 along with genuine racing characteristics that our players know and love", – Lee Masza, senior creative director of the Codemasters developer, commented in a press release.
According to EA, the gameplay F1 23 will be a significant step forward compared to previous games in terms of physics and race management, which has become a direct feedback result with real F1 teams.
"Close cooperation with the teams allowed us to improve the management model, add more realism to the game, and the introduction of a new color coding system used in the cinema and on television made it possible to achieve a more realistic perception", – Explained the Mazer.
Codemasters made a number of improvements at the engine torque and the inertia of the car, as well as in the balance between aerodynamics and tire clutch, based on the reviews of the team. These changes should make cars more predictable during acceleration, braking and passage of turns.
F1 23 will be presented by all cars, racers and routes of the 2023 season, including the routes of the Laswagas Grand Prix and Lusail International Circuit (Qatar), as well as inherited Shanghai (China), Paul Rikr (France) and Portugal (Portugal).
Meanwhile, in the new F1 World Center, the content inspired by the real racing calendar will be presented, which will bring with them a number of modes and allow players to increase the level, completing tasks to earn new updates for cars, coloring, costumes and helmets.
EA also offers only the digital edition of Champions Edition F1 23, which provides early access to the game from June 13 and unlocked Las Vegas-limited time, as well as cosmetics, an increase in XP and 18,000 Pitcoin in-game currency currency.
